There's a conspiracy going on, meldonium was clearly taken off the market to hurt the Russian image.

They banned a substance that has NO PROVEN athletic advantage, that takes a bunch of time to dissappear from a person's system and that sells very well over the counter in Russia.

This entire meldonium bs has more to do with politics than anything else

fat corrupt yanks are probably pulling the strings behind this, as part of the whole Cold War 2.0 crap

Anyway, the Bumzquad is benefitting from this whole debacle

now Windmiller can safely go back to fighting overmatched bums

that glass chin is safe for now

I'm disappointed that this didn't go through, but Povetkin and his team still felt that either the substance would still not be in the system or he was using it after the fact.

The problem is that it is unclear if he was using it after the first few tests. I didn't feel like it was necessary for him to use it, he would beat Wilder regardless

So i think theirs a grey area their.

but fuck pvetkin non the less just trying to see it from all angles.
He test clean 3 times last month so it was out of his system . He tested dirty on the 4th so he started taking it just in time for the fight. That excuse is out the window.

What you naysayers refuse to accept is that this is new territory. The manufacturer themselves said they don't yet know how long trace amounts will stay in the system, nor do they know exactly how it effects all users. You can argue til the cows come home. Won't change anything.

What you refuse to accept is that HE PISSED CLEAN 3 TIMES AND THEN PISSED DIRTY OVER 2 WEEKS LATER. If there were trace amounts in his last sample, there would be trace amounts in ALL SAMPLES. You can deny it until the cows come home, and it won't change anything. The fight is off because Povetkin is not a clean fighter.
