Charles Martin got paid a (reported) 5 million for the Joshua fight. Vargas has never made a seven figure purse. Hearn knows Brook "needs" a decent fight. There's more money for this fight in the UK, so Hearn will fund it to make money. I'd say there's probably a large amount of money on the table. It always depends what other options a fighter has.

kell brook's name has been mentioned with every single notable welterweight in the last 6 months and no fights have been made. This tactic of just throwing names out there and fabricating stories is getting tired. It's annoying as a businessman one should conduct business with principles, not with the media. This appears desperate and like poor business practice. Kell just looks like a desperate fighter begging for attention and acknowledgement. Does Hearn do this to all his fighters?
