Pac fans said that Chris Algieri has better footwork than Floyd. They said that if Pac could catch Algieri then he could catch Floyd.

Or at least it doesn't if you aren't on the Mosley level which none of these guys is close to in skill or appeal.
Do I think Broner wins? NO, but I dont think anyone beats him really at 147, its just a change of style. African Americans bring something different to the table, look at Corley, Judah, and Mosley. All 3 had speed and power (like Broner) the punches that get you are the ones that you dont see coming and all 3 hurt him. And I totally agree that black vs black doesnt sell as well but it used to in boxing hayday, I think boxing in the U.S. would benefit from it.

Mosley was Oscar's childhood friend so and fought the Golden Boy twice so that got him alotta mexican exposure.

                  Mayweather PPV numbers:

vs Manny Pacquiao (Black HOFer vs Filipino HOFer) 4.4M
vs Oscar De La Hoya (Black HOFer vs Mexican/American HOFer) 2.4M
vs Saul Alvarez (Black HOFer vs Mexican/Ginger) 2.2M
vs Miguel Cotto (Black HOFer vs Puerto Rican HOFer) 1.5M
vs Shane Mosley (Black HOFer vs Black HOFer) 1.4M
vs Victor Ortiz (Black HOFer vs Mexican/American) 1.25M
vs Juan Manuel Marquez (Black HOFer vs Mexican HOFer) 1.06M
vs Robert Guerrero (Black HOFer vs Mexican/American) 1M
vs Marcos Maidana (Black HOFer vs Argentinian) 925k
vs Ricky Hatton (Black HOFer vs White UK guy) 920k
vs Marcos Maidana (Black HOFer vs Argentinian) 900k
vs Andre Berto (Black HOFer vs Haitian Black guy) 550k
vs Zab Judah (Black HOFer vs Black guy) 375k
vs Arturo Gatti (Black HOFer vs Italian/Candian HOFer) 340k
vs Carlos Baldomir (Black HOFer vs Argentinian) 325k

Black guy vs black guy on PPV don't hold as much appeal to boxing fans. Certainly not that nationalistic base boxing has. At least you need some serious accomplishments like Mosley to sell it & there isn't that guy out there for Floyd.

When were these lists reported? Who reported them?

Closest thing I found to a list was Mayweather's hit list of 2009.

I seen it but I have been defending my post. IDK why Mayweather fans get upset at an observation.
