What I'm saying is, if Canelo vacates if GGG doesn't abide by his rules, then GGG gets the belt by default. And you know there will be fans saying GGG got the belt by doing nothing. There will be plenty of comments to that effect. GGG may not need Canelo to make money, but he needs Canelo to make the $10 mil level of money... the biggest payday of his lifetime.

Yes but Lemieux's attacks are kinda predictable for an elite fighter.

Canelo might not be as heavy handed as Lemieux, but his counterpunches would sometimes land and surprise GGG, a surprising punch can hurt more than a bigger but predictable hayemaker.
