Now, to your exceptions to the rule. Canelo: needs to fight at 154 to be considered JMW. Lara: always seems to make 'offers' when GGG alread has a fight scheduled. Not considered serious by many. Ward: pursuant to Wards own email offer, he is unwilling to fight GGG until mid to late 2016. Loeffler countered with 2017 if Ward can make 168. Too early still to dismiss this either way.
canelo fighting at 155 while holding a title is BS, no defending for that, but he has stayed true to his word unlike ggg...
loeffler offered the lara fight to abel sanchez and abel said no...

yes, is time for the organizations to bring back boxings credibility , and if that means stripping canelo for not fighting at 160 then im all in for it...
but sadly chances are they come with some BS to keep everyone happy, they keep getting money from ggg and canelo at the same time if they continue to hold their belts...

I don't care if Garcia is a trainer or whatever, trainers, boxers, promoters mostly have biased opinions to begin with.

"That's Garcia doe" is a weak argument IMO.

Very few guys from the boxing world are fair and unbiased, only dude coming to my mind is ****m who is making an effort to keep it real.

And if my opinion doesn't mean anything, then why replying to my posts?
We are just here to trade opinions.

Garcia probably doesn't know Golovkin amateur record and pedigree like I do.
(I follow a lot amateur boxing)
Golovkin has a tremendous amateur record with many international medals.
He beat Bute, Lee, Korobov and Direll as an amateur and so hasn't fought only bums all his damn life.

Asking a fighter with this pedigree to be a sell out and drop 5 pounds for 5-10 mil is pretty much a WRONG ADVICE.

When you're 50-60-70 years old you may wake up and realize the truth in that. Or you may just go to your grave still being a fool. I did some foolish things when I was younger that I regret now. Everyone does. It takes a real fool to make ****** decisions about money at the level GGG is at. Notice I made NO mention of his accomplishments. THAT doesn't feking matter, Mr Steel Plated Head. And even if he'd consider it 'tainted money', so what? He could just donate his portion to Alzheimers Research. Go find a tree in your back yard to talk principle to. That makes as much sense as pizzing away a huge paycheck. 'Principle' won't pay the bills when you're an old man struggling to get by.

        Anyone, but GGG isn't anyone.

I would gladly take a beating for 5-10 mil, but this mainly because I don't have a pro record to keep undefeated and I don't already have millions on my bank account.
Golovkin has probaly been making decent money with K2 and his 14 title défenses + sponsoring.

Again, that's a weak argument bro.

Sorry, I understand your point but I STRONGLY disagree.

Im skeptical of the WBC but they have been talking tough lately. It doesnt make sense to talk tough now only to weasel out later. I would have expected BS from the start if Im going to get BS in the end. We will see soon enough.

If Canelo doesnt happen, WBA has ordered GGG-Jacobs, which is a fight Id like to see as well. While Jacobs isn't the big name Canelo is, Jacobs is a top middleweight.

Ducking 5 pounds lower from his natural weight...

What can I expect from a guy repping a FRAUD like Margacheato el tremposo?

I guess beating fighters on the scale is better than using plaster of Paris.

wbc said the canelo cotto winner had to fight ggg next and it didnt happen, i hope im wrong but they always find a way... and i agree jacobs is a top MW, unlike canelo he has defeated top MWs, but to be honest being a top MW at this moment isnt really much, the division is so weak, but i guess is a lot better than wade...

What's wrong if he wants to take the risk to make 154 for Floyd but not 154 for others fighters, even 155?? And I mean it sport wise.

                Floyd is a legend.

Ward did exactly the same for Floyd saying he would make 160, doesn't mean he had to make 164 for Golovkin.

I mean, what's hard to understand here?

So now Ginger is some kind of P4P king ATG because he beat Cotto and is fighting Khan?

And obviously 155 would drain GGG.

                • SO....Using the logic of the diehard GGG fans in here...Since Ward is fighting at 175 now, then GGG Should definitely be able to meet him halfway at 168 right?? RIGHT???

                  I thought so...
