Interesting commentary by Roy Jones Jr.

Roy Jones Jr doesn’t see Canelo Alvarez fighting Gennady Golovkin next, and thinks he would be stupid to do so if Manny Pacquiao is available.

Are you high? Lemieux would get smoked. Canelois leagues above him in boxing ability. You are reaching like crazy with that, and trying to make it seem like Canelo has no power. He routinely fights guys that have NEVER been knocked out. That happens when you fight good competition, unlike some other guy......

The dude couldn't knock down Cotto, who's been knocked down by Pacquaio (smaller man) and couldn't hurt Lara, who's been hurt and knocked down by Angulo...

Canelo has average power, best to just accept it. If you don't stand still his power is non-existent.

Team Bull**** are literally trying to beat Hopkins record by beating BUMS.

Wants a big drama show, but doesn't want any actual drama LMAO
Even if you could fortell the future, which you can't, this post is illogical.

You start off by talking about what a great resume Canelo has, then say that GGG wanting to fight him = trying to beat BHops record by fighting bums!

The belt means nothing and if you or anyone wants to fight canelo it's at his weight he's the superstar and biggest draw. Otherwise take a vacant belt out the trash and explain to your fans why you pushing 40 still fighting bums like wade after you said 154 or 168
Golovkin doesn't need to explain anything to his fans.

REAL boxing fans can see what's going on here and no amount of flanelling by GBP execs or trolling by Mayweather fanboys is going to change that.

I do think lemeuix would cause severe problems for canelo....possibly knock him out and he would defintely have the strength to push canelo around...... this fight could be a shocker in waiting

how can one fight the best when the best won't fight him???? Golden boy is ******, i hate boxing. It's ****** promoters, once u understand how the landscape is in boxing, it deteriorates any fantasy matchup because we will never see them. Canelo is not as talented as GGG, he just has millions of mexicans. thats it.

Explain this then Gomez... If GGG is so overrated and hasn't beaten anyone of note, why the hesitation to get Canelo to fight such an overrated fighter who hasn't beaten anyone?
