After May/Pac, I suspected this would happen. Many marquee fighters will be stalling their competition to generate the interest, hype and money we have seen from Mayweather/Pac. Boxing is a business, and most of you dudes need to relax. These guys will fight, but for now, I just see it as generating more interest. They want to build it up into a big money fight. I guaranteed this is what was told to GGG to make him accept the step aside money.Comment

Gomez is right. Daniel Geale got knocked out in 4 rounds against Miguel Cotto for goodness sake.
And Geale is one of GGG's top 2 or 3 wins.Comment

Canelo might go through GGG's opposition and not lose, it's highly likely, but who cares?
Everyone wants to know if he can go through his mandatory GGG and not lose, not his opponents.
Boxing is a joke now. Fighters looks for some kind of moral victory or theoretical victory based on a fighters record, rather than get in the ring and actually fight them. This is the diva era.Last edited by deathofaclown; 04-26-2016, 01:27 PM.Comment

canelo couldn't even hurt an old and shot mosley. his power is a myth and that myth will only grow after he brutalize khan. he will look like julian jackson or somethingComment

Weight drained Geale. The man couldn't even have a proper meal in fear of missing the weight. If Geale was so easy Cotto would have fought him at the division limit. That's tells you all you need to know about that situation.Comment

If Canelo had his resume I wouldn't be a fan of his. No P4P top #5 Champion should he fighting a 100-1 No HOPE boxer. *** it would he like watching pros vs. Amateurs in the Olympics no one want to see. These MISMATCHES are gonna get ppl hurt or worse killed.Comment
