It sounds like Canelo is making an excuse to not to make the fight happen with Golvokin. What does all this frivolous talk about his resume has to do with anything? It's all irrelevant. Either you are going to fight the man or not.

However, in a sense he's right. He doesn't have anything to prove against GGG, because he has fought the stiffer competition, while Gennady has everything to prove, because he has yet to face the stiffer challengers and competition in his career as Avarez has and so we get that.

However, since Ginger is campaigning at the Middleweight division, while donning its most prestigious trinket the (WBC) belt, then it's only right for him to fight a true full-fledged 160lber titleholder as long as he holds onto that title.

Canelo said he will fight him at 155, ward said he would fight him at 168. Lara has called him out. He has options for fights but refuses them and instead fighst wade type fighters over and over. After a while the excuse nobody will fight me doesn't justify fights like wade. He is the one that said 154 or 168 but we are just supposed to ignore that when fighters call his bluff and he comes up with excuses to flip flop? He's 34 and not one significant name he's faced SMH
