Why is Ward willing to wait to 2017 for Kovalev but not GGG!

Lil' Gina was already willing to move up and back down against other fighters, just not Ward. Lil' Gina fans keep trying to forget about this, because it shows the weight wasn't a problem.Comment

Well it's better being willing to move up (for a one off, without putting on weight!) vs #1 active SMW, p4p Froch than struggling to make 168 yet needing 1.5 years to feel ready for #1 LHW, requiring 3 tuneups etcComment

Lil' Gina wanted 2 years before even considering to fight Ward "Maybe 2017"

Ward Kovalev probably doesn't happen till then so not much different. Except Ward would be doing his thing on BET, and GGG packing arenas, stripping superstar Canelo, and being #1 topic on NsbComment

Vacant titles, $20 tickets and a ******ed fanbase. That's Lil' Gina's legacy.

Lol, so he could fight a bunch of nobodies while waiting for a guy that will NEVER fight him. Or, he could step up in weight and go after the biggest challenge in boxing right now. And, you guys want to criticize him for that?
Because the hate is real, guys freak about him actually warming up to the new weight class with just 2 fights after a LONG layoff.
No matter how you guys try to spin this, Ward has the biggest balls in boxing right now. No other dominant, undefeated champ is going after another dominant, undefeated champ in the next weight class up. Staying at 168 and fighting those chumps would have been the easy way.Comment

Not easy, apparently he really struggles to make 168 these days.Lol, so he could fight a bunch of nobodies while waiting for a guy that will NEVER fight him. Or, he could step up in weight and go after the biggest challenge in boxing right now. And, you guys want to criticize him for that?

Paper thin argument because he went to the network Koalev is on and named his target. He could have fought random 175lbers if he was forced to that weight class. Could have gone after Stevenson. Could have done catch-weights forever, stalled out, or have done so many other things but he chose the greatest challenge possible, with a reasonable 2 fights to get back in the game and acclimated to the new weight class.
You guys are trying to argue that 2+2=3 and everyone is just laughing at you. Just accept the truth and find something else to argue about that doesn't make you look foolish.Comment
