  • Question for GGG Haters

Has it become harder to hate GGG the more people duck him? Every single middleweight champion for the last almost 5 years has ducked him, aside from Lemiuex.

Even if you think he ducked Ward (yeah right), even if you think he is overrated, even if you hate his fans, even if you don't like his management...it's gotten to the point where you have to acknowledge he's being avoided to a large degree.

Instead I see the opposite. People seem to hate on him more and more, the more he is ducked. What gives? I'd like to hear your reasoning.

It's simple. No one blames or hates GGG for being avoided or for being disciplined and staying in shape. However, a number of posters are annoyed that when avoided he then chooses weak fights. Posters are also annoyed by his willingness to go to 168 for a big money fight except the one he is most likely to lose.

WHy do these very fair criticisms bother you and other GGG fans so much?

...........................and also, where have all the GGG "fans" come from?

Normally, a fighter would generate a lot of buzz with some some high profile signature wins on his resume. This guys "fans" came out of no where which is highlighted by the fact that just a year ago, the majority would struggle to name 10 people he has fought.

and your evidence of this is....oh yea you don't like ggg great evidence sir! why pay attentino to facts when you can simply make things up! ward turns down the fight ggg ducks lmao. ward asks for unreasonable things ggg ducks! the onus or blame never falls no ward for doing unreasonable things. ggg needs to do whatever ward wants even thogh ggg is much popular. hmmm yea im sure you felt the same way when discussing flyods opponents. floyd had to do whatever his opponents wanted right otherwise he was ducking? oh wait the exact opposite was true. how weird right?

              1) Lemieux fought him only because ODLH ordered him to...
              2) Ward fought Paul Smith and after "the GGG situation" he started to chase Murdock and Periban... gimme a break...

he never said he wasn't willing to fight ward. you simply made that up. look at the facts. he tried to fight ward. ward said no. ward tried to dictate to ggg and tell him what to do and ggg laughed. same way floyd would laugh fi someone said hey flyod give me 50-50 and fight me in 15 months. why is it any differenent? econmics don't change. its so strange coming from people who for the last decade have been the economic crusaders talking about splits left and right. now it doesn't matter one bit?

this is why you have no credibility. you can't change your positions constantly and expect to be taken seriously. either economics matter or they don't so which is it? please make up your mind. ggg has proven that when he is the b-side he will take b-side money. ward has not. yet you blame ggg? wtf?

If you cant get big fights in your division, move up...Should he HAVE to move up NO!!! but should we keep getting excited for fights like Monroe and Wade?? NO!!! He is going to have to make a decision and fast, he is 34 and if he wants to collect belts while fighting no one worth a damn then fine..But you can't expect people to keep getting excited for these **** fights man.
