He was past his prime years ago, but he handled his financial affairs quite well, which is quite rare among colored folk.

His athleticism really didn't fade until about after the Guerrero fight. Even past his prime, he had A LOT of tools

Not directing this specifically at Floyd, but don't the massively extended primes of fighters nowadays raise eyebrows? I mean late 30's used to be old as **** for welterweights. Now you have former featherweights/lightweights being razor sharp at 147/154 ten-fifteen years later. It raises questions to say the least.

Guys today fight less, so wear & tear happens at a slower rate.

The talent pool is drying up over time. In theory as the years pass a fighter's opposition has less skills.

Can you imagine a figher with Saul Alvarez limitations being a big star in prior decades. Hell no

Kevin Kelly had one loss and almost 50 fights. He brought money to the little guys before Naz

Manuel Medina won a piece of the featherweight title 5 times and after he lost to Naz

come on man, I think you're trolling too

The way he fought Gatti is the same way he fought Canelo..............
Dude are no where near correct with that. Compare the Floyd of now to the one when he was younger and in the smaller weight class. HUGE difference. Yes he schooled Canelo but no where near the same way he did Gatti. Gatti badly beaten with a shut swollen eye. That didn't happen to Canelo
