With that in mind, Margarito then didn't have a broken orbital bone, because he wasn't crying when he got hit there(during break or after) and there was no confirmation made during the bout that he indeed had an orbital fracture, thus Bobb Sapp's antics of falling to the canvas balling his eyes out(which could be considered quitting) proves he in fact did. Or atleast they're more believable, renowned surgeons, scars and being out of the ring near a year doesn't mean sht.

You can go to calmer areas, go underwater, shallow end etc. Simply don't know at what phase he was in when he went into the sea, what precautions he took going into the water. Your shoulder isn't going to blow up upon contact with sea water. I don't see the issue if done right.
