Who's defending Arum here? All I said was that if Garcia was lying about his contract being expired, why should I believe anything else he says in that lawsuit?
It has nothing to do with Arum really. Garcia could sign a bad deal with T-Mobile and I wouldn't give a ****, because again, it's his fault for signing a contract.Last edited by Raonic; 04-10-2016, 08:44 PM.Comment

You clearly don't have a grasp of what I'm talking about.
Because whether I agree/disagree with the terms of the contract, as long as it is a valid contract, the onus is on the person who signed it. Arum gave him terms and Garcia signed it. Now he doesn't like it and wanted to get out. Am I supposed to feel bad for Mikey because Arum is a bad guy? This isn't grade 5 where I'm playing favourites. Because what I said was objective. I could care less who is involved.
If the discussion was whether Arum was a ****ty guy for putting those terms in the contract, of course I'd say yes. But that's not what I was talking about. What I was talking about was Garcia making a bad business decision, which is a FACT regardless of whether Arum is a ****ty guy or not.
Again, you like to manipulate the conversation to something that wasn't being discussed. Again, this isn't about Arum being a crook. It's about Mikey signing a contract that he's now complaining about (bad business decision).
What exactly are you looking for? You want me to give Garcia a pass for his bad decisions the past few years because Arum is the "bad guy"?Last edited by Raonic; 04-10-2016, 08:43 PM.Comment
