but canelo is way bigger draw then GGG but GGG wont go down to fight him.

so much for "im willing to fight anyone from 154-168"

lol and you guys nut hug him so hard.
Unfortunately you're talking about Ward who's one of the biggest pains to get a fight with... It's ironic that you pick a guy who can't even get fights going. You want GGG to accomodate Ward. Like everyone else has had to do? 164 is fair. Ward isnt chavez jr or Froch... He doesn't have room to ask for these things and thats the bottom line. This isnt Dawson he has to bring down in weight or do some kind of catchweight like his previous fight... GGG has pull now and 164 was in the middle. Your argument is totally off as Canelo is a champ in that same weight class and GGG only wants the full limit allowed. Personally I dont care for the catchweight for two fighters in the same division but Canelo is in a position to make the decisions. Ok, he gets stripped..and? He still has his name which is the prize for GGG, not the belt. That's Canelo's thinking. Kind of like Floyd-Canelo. Floyd has fought at 154, he didn't need the 2 pounds. But he took them because he could. The same way you want to be delusional about Ward having his way, Canelo wants his but he can actually dictate that. Ward has no bargaining power...is outside of the class and if you want to get technical, Ward has fought at 160 before as well as 175 not being new to him..why would GGG give Ward an advantage for absolutely no reason? Just because Ward refuses? GGG can walk away from Ward no problem... Ward as a talent I love, but his decision making outside of the ring leaves a lot to be desired as a boxing fan. GGG's camp has been hipocritical there is no denying it but Ward isnt the one you want to be the face of your argument lol.

Point is, GGG isn't doing to Ward what Canelo is doing to GGG but the principle is similar. GGG's camp is wrong in the sense that the star card is a two way street. While he can dictate to Ward if Ward truly wants it, they can't do that to Canelo. Any soul wants to fight Canelo. If he gets stripped he can fight any of the other champs...theyd be glad to. Or he can just make his money fighting whoever he wants, move to 54 or whatever. GGG's team needs to bottom line give in to the fact they're the b itch of this situation and the only way to get out of the position is to fight and win against Canelo. All the cash cows have bowed to demands from the a side before them. GGG is no different. Floyd had to beat Oscar for it, Manny ****** it up vs Flpyd, Canelo ****** it up for Floyd and now Ggg needs to suck it up for Canelo. GGG CANT not fight Canelo. He'll become big if he keeps knocking guys out but he wont get to where he wants without a Canelo type name on his resume.

Ward needs to just fight and stop the b ullsht. Stop wasting everybody's time..i love to see his skill on display but come on man... An injury prone B side with promotional issues and a diva personality is totally going to get a fight with GGG at an advantage. Get real. A p4p fighter shouldnt have to have 2-3 fights before fighting the top in their division... When do you hear of that? That'd be like Mayweather saying he needed 3 fights for Canelo at 154... When someone says that if you listen to it backwards on a tape recording it really says "Im hoping he loses along the way or something else happens to him"

so much for triple g saying he wants to fight everyone.
      Just like my fucking arse.

Canelo and GGG are both MW title holders.

Neither GGG nor Ward are even fighting at 168.

Loeffler said today, Ward was offered a fight with GGG, turned it down for whatever reason,

GGG has moved on. Canelo wants to hand GGG the title, it's on to the last title.
It's funny how titles are meaningless until it's ***** whipped GGG fan's needing to feel better about the fact he could have fought Canelo and Ward by now but he just didn't want it enough. Put it this way Chad Dawson dropped 7 pounds while he was the LHW champion to challenge the best fighter in the world at the time, GGG won't drop 5 to fight Canelo( a guy who has arguably lost to Floyd, Cotto, Lara and Trout already ) ...So Chad Dawson's nuts> GGG's Nuts..

GGG is protected..34 years old hiding in MW because big scary James Degale might slap the good boy out of him.

Yep so just continue to ignore the part where he said he'd fight anyone from 154-168..Said he'd go to 154 for Floyd yet refuses to budge for Canelo or to go to 168 for Ward...He's a hypocritical liar and I honestly expect more from a Fury fan, really just gonna suck his hype up?

Oh and I'm not defending Canelo..He should vacate or fight GGG at 160 or forever be branded a bit(h but damn...Just drop the weight if you want the fight.

The way you muppets whine and cry about him, anyone would think Golovkin was the only fighter who didn't offer everyone the same terms and condititions, irrespective of how much of a threat they were or how much money they brought to the table, when considering a fight outside his natural weight class.

Eg, BHop defended his MW titles at a catchweight against Oscar ... do you think he would have done that for any blown-up SWW who wanted to fight him?

Floyd fought Cotto at 154, but wouldn't fight Canelo unless he came down to 152. I expect you have an excuse for that doe.

love how many people say 154-168 when Golovkin said anyone AT 154 OR 168. that means for title fights or money matches. Ward coming off of a 5 year lay off who can't even sell out in his home town is neither of those things. But I expected the moronic Ward fans to come flocking to the sun light the moment he won against Barerra.

It's also funny how they're clear on fighting Froch, JCC Jr, and Mayweather but mention Ward's name and they get nuanced.

GGG's entire pro career has just been one big tune-up.

Canelo isn't even fighting JMWs. Lost his title to a welterweight, is hell bent on dominating the welterweight division at his CaneloWeight. And then the welterweight he lost to defended his JMW title at welterweight against a guy who had just come up from super lightweight. Oh yeah, those two guy, Canelo and the retired welterweight who would say he can beat the current best MW but won't fight him because he speaks from the safety of retirement are princes who take everybody on! BwaaaaahhahahahahahahaHA

Ya gotta love the 154-168 humorists, humoring a retired WW who won his JMW title by draining the guy he beat.
