That's what Ward was proposing, right? That GGG drop his Canelo mando to go up in weight and concede 50/50 to injury prone B sider, a year ahead

How you duck a guy who doesn't even fight in your division. You can't duck a guy two divisions above you.

Loeffler said today, Ward was offered a fight with GGG, turned it down for whatever reason,

GGG has moved on. Canelo wants to hand GGG the title, it's on to the last title.

The offer stated the fight would take place within in first half of this year with one fight in between. Imagine that. Golovkin could have a solid enforceable contract against a great HOF fighter that actually wanted to fight him, not some nebulous maybe from a fighter that we all knew wasn't going to fight him and a non-binding WBC fight agreement for a meaningless belt. They wouldn't even have to give up the mando spot. First Ward. Then WBC mando. After Cotto-Canelo, he immediately conceded that the Canelo fight would take place late 2016 at the earliest. He could wait for Canelo for a year with no fight agreement, but not half a year for Ward with a negotiated binding agreement?

          Damn shame.

Right, super high risk mando due in may but they'll defer it cause Challenger sign for another fight. You know I didn't start watching boxing yesterday so why are you giving me that bull****?

Glad you agree with my interpretation of Wards joke offer. Was wondering if he meant 50/50 after Canelo, or wanted GGG to drop that mando altogether

lol its so funny how you guys make asses of yourselves trying to justify for GGG, the new pac fans.

We don't have to work so hard. It's not like Ggg is insisting on 155 for a mando defense/unification, or needs 3 tuneups to be ready for the best at his weight

GGG: ill fight anyone at 168, froch, chavez jr.

ward at 164 though and his fans say becuase ward isnt a draw and is in active.

but canelo is way bigger draw then GGG but GGG wont go down to fight him.

so much for "im willing to fight anyone from 154-168"

lol and you guys nut hug him so hard.

Enforce the rules, stop letting him slide, stop agreeing to "one more fight and then fight me". Just say fight or hand over the belt Ginger. If WBC does not enforce the rules even after K2/GGG say they want the fight and they are interim champ like they currently are, then he gets stripped. If they don't strip him, then take them to court. But start with declining to let him keep defending the belt against some one else. Belt could have been GGG's but he decided to get $850k richer from Cotto. Not a bad move but then don't complain about opportunities. Call WBC out on their rules. My 2 cents, after Canelo-Khan K2 needs to strangle GBP/WBC for the title shot.
