Abel Sanchez said "this is a business" and he couldn't be more right. The worst recent example of not treating boxing as a business that comes to mind was Danny Garcia turning down a fight vs Mayweather. He went on to fight and beat Lucas Mathysse in a brutal fight that can only be understood when you consider Lucas' bone crunching power. Danny hasn't been the same since and neither has Lucas. Danny was looking like a possible ATG up to that point. I recall Danny's dad saying that they turned down the millions vs Mayweather because they were concerned about Danny's legacy. Boxers, f_ck glory and legacy, make the maximum amount of cash and then get the f_ck out quick. Oh, and f_ck the fans too, they will forget about you as soon as you're not winning because you're no use to them, because they're living vicariously through you.

I think the most laughable thing is this idea that against Froch they get paid £15m and against Ward they get $2m... The fact is against Ward they have less chance of winning, and Froch (Last fight 2014) they have a better chance of winning.

I'll tell you why, but you won't hear Golovkins team or fans say it. It's a guaranteed loss.

FACT IS, coWard is a nobody. He is not a top fighter now, he keeps living off that wack Super Six Tournament lol.
Last 4 years he has fought, Edwin Rodiguez, Paul Smith and Barrera the bum lol.
He is irrelevant. A win over him means nothing. And even at his best moment, nobody cared about Ward, nobody watched him.
NOW Froch is a HUGE name in the UK and is way more relevant than Ward is.
