Lets see how big Canelos ego gets when they take away his green belt. I really want to see that. Coward.

I like how you didn't highlight the key part of what I was saying :gay:
The bottom line is GGG's side is in control of this fight happening or not. To be bolder prediction-wise, for OnePunch, I think GGG either can't get to 155 via healthy means or he gots some dumdums advising him & he won't agree to a weight lower than 157 (which I suspect is the highest Canelo will go) & we won't see Canelo vs GGG this year.Comment

Yeah, I cant even defend his team for real. They are very weak, laid back and hands off with all of this, and it rubs off on Gennadys personality. They just let it happen.
Arum/GB would have put the pressure in the media and expose the case for what it is to raise awareness and get people to pressure even more. But this attitude of going along with it that Gennadys team has is just as bad as Canelos cowardice.Comment

Ignoring reality doesn't make it go away. There is an asses in seats/PPV buys power structure in boxing in this era. Like it or not. I'm not a superfan of either of these guys, but the reality is the reality regardless which guy you like or don't like or what you think about the fairness of that reality.Comment

Canelo's side is in control of this fight happening or not. GGG has already said he'll fight Canelo. Canelo has 15 days after his fight with Khan to decide if he'll fight GGG. Any talks of negotiations before that question is answered is Canelo finding an excuse to duck. Negotiations cannot take place until Canelo answers the question "Do you want to fight GGG next?"I like how you didn't highlight the key part of what I was saying :gay:

Canelo is a bytch
****** stuff like this is why ufc dominates boxing in terms of mainstream casuals...
Boxing is such a pathetic sport nowadays,,,, FFS Golovkin has been the legit number 1 contender for over 5 years and multiple champs and can't get a shot.. Sturm, serg, cotto, canelo have all dodged him..
Lmao,,, can you imagine some NFL team saying we will play the patiots, but it won't be till 2018Comment

Idk what you are even talking about here. I don't give much weight to words in boxing truth be told. Guys say **** they believe or that they just want others to believe or that they want to use as leverage or just for the f#ck of it or for headlines & hype. It can mean everything or it can mean nothing. That said I do know that GGG's side has made no indication they will accept the fight at 155lbs which is the weight Canelo is calling for.Canelo's side is in control of this fight happening or not. GGG has already said he'll fight Canelo. Canelo has 15 days after his fight with Khan to decide if he'll fight GGG. If GGG's side isn't willing to fight Canelo at 155 or some sub 160lb weight it doesn't matter that they are saying they will fight Canelo. All this WBC contract stuff means f#ck all to this fight happening lets be honest. The weight stuff means everything. Or at least thats my stance & I think it would be the stance of most reasonable people following all this stuff who aren't too fanboy'd up on one guy or the other.
All this WBC contract stuff means is eventually based on GGG's side stance about the weight issue Canelo may not have the WBC belt & will fight someone else for several millions of dollars on PPV for 500k+ fans willing to pay $60ish to watch the fight while GGG fights that Johnson guy on HBO for $1.5M.Comment
