Okay so whats the issue? GBP is saying "stuff" like Abel is saying "stuff"? I still suggests it goes down like I said. GBP will make an honest effort to make the fight at a sub 160lb weight in September. GGG's side will agree & the fight will happen or they won't & the fight won't happen. It'll be that simple.

A purse bid won't happen or it won't matter if it does happen. A purse bid makes no sense for Canelo's side I'd assume cuz he's the money guy/A side & in this era that means something like it or not + belts aren't as important as they used to be in a money guy's/A sides narrative. I'd also assume the purse bid cuts won't make sense for a guy who can sell PPV's like Canelo can, but maybe PPV profits are done differently with a purse bid I got no clue.

I totally agree. They made step aside deals with both Cotto and Canelo, in the hopes of making the fight. No more deals. If Canelo wont fight, have him stripped. If they accept another step aside deal, then they lose any right to ever complain about it again.........

well for starters, it puts an end to the disgraceful run of the middleweight division over the past 24 months or so. It would also put front and center how much of a diva little Canelito is..........
