Williams isnt the greatest, but hes certianly a step up from Josh Clottey.

Williams is the mandatory challenger not clottey, williams is undefeated not clottey, williams got 31 wins, clottey got 29 wins, williams got 23 ko's, clottey got 18 ko's and williams beat better fighters then clottey opponents. Williams made it clear that he would be ready to fight margarito in dec but nooooooo margarito decided to fight the number 5 unproven in clottey. Ppl keep saying " well clottey is rank on the top ten welterweight" well i got news for the ppl that said that, clottey is rank number 9 ( the bottom) while williams rank number 8 ( ahead of clottey).

I REALLY dont know... the same questions could be asked of Vitali Klitschko when he was to face to Rahman.. I don't think either fighter is scared.. I mean I am sure PBF would smoke MArgi.. as I am sure Vitali would have sent Rahman into the 8th row... Maybe there are reasons we dont understand... Its not always so black and white.. How come margarito didn't tell arum to make sure he can fight williams in december? arum is the promoter but margarito is a fighter and margarito has everyright to tell his promotor of who he wants to fight.
