Ok, So Dan Rafael just put his two cents worth in on FNF....claiming that Floyd is just seeking a fight with Oscar.

Could that be the reason Floyd parted ways with Arum to be free to take on the Goldenboy at three times the money<

        Obviously but let's get real.

And nobody can say I'm hating on Floyd....because I'm a fan of Floyd's and always have been. But he's being a little ***** by ducking Margarito.

Oscar isin't going to be the same fighter after Mayorga beats on him....and that wouldn't really help his legacy one bit.

Case and Point he'd better fight Margarito after that fight, or else I'm going to be pissed off.

Obviously PBF 's aware of this and is going in for the kill, but the fight he shouldn't be avoiding is against Margarito.

            That's correct.

Because if he want's to be the best Welterweight (which I think he probably is) he needs to beat the other best Welterweight.

                consider two options

                1) magarino fight is quite a bit of risk for 8 mil
                2) de la hoya fight is much less risk for 15-20 mil

                which option would you pick?

i would pick 2) first, then go for 1)

This is now solely dependent on the Oscar v.s. Mayorga fight. We'll see what shape Oscar is in when he beats/loses against Mayorga and I'll tell you what.

A draw, NC, or other will be a nightmare. A flat out nightmare.

i'm so sick of floyd changing weight classes and not even fighting the best fighters in the division. to top it off, he goes shooting off at the mouth about how he's the #1 p4p fighter. if i could ask floyd one question, it would be "why are you the #1 p4p fighter floyd?". seriously, the guy beats gatti and judah and thinks he's the best in the world. imo, either ricky hatton or jermaine taylor is #1 p4p. hatton is undefeated as well coming off a victory over a legendary fighter who put judah to sleep, and taylor is undefeated coming off two wins over middleweight great who was holding the title defense record. it's a ****in no-brainer!!

Because there are far more lucrative options for him.
