Yeah he certainly has been very lucky at times

Hard to take the guy seriously when all he wants to fight are Jo jo Dan type opponents. He's not exactly one of the most ducked fighters in the sport either. He's not even asked to move up or down. All fans want is to see him fight he himself admits are 50/50 fights.

maidana was good enough to give floyd a tough fight and secure himself a rematch, he is damn sure good enough to beat the breaks off brook

brook struggled with carson jones and was rocked by schenko, if maidana lands on kells jaw, its night night

and believe me maidana will land, he was good enough to land on the best defensive boxer of all times, he will land on a kell any day of the week.

maidana is a horrible style match up for brook, kell doesn't know how to fight on the inside, he'll try to clinch, but maidana will come from angles, and he judges distance very well

Fishing for a big fight. Canelo and Pac would smash him up.

Pacquaio, Canelo, Oscar, Hatton, Maidana, Cotto.

I'd pick all to beat Brook comfortably.

I'm not sure if it's an issue with stamina or just a mental thing but that would be incredibly dangerous against the likes of Maidana. The rest would have beaten Brook.

Froch is right though, you look at most of the 'top' welters right now and there isnt really that many stand out fighters. Pacquaio and Bradley who are good but old, Porter who he has already beat, thurman and Spence who are even more untested than Brook and have fought nobody of note. Khan (will he come back down?), Garcia who is a hype job and has been incredibly lucky and Varagas. The likes of Algieri aren't even worth a mention. The division is pretty weak at the moment so I would expect Brook to be up there.

His first job though is to stop ducking decent fighters because he is becoming a bit of a joke at the moment...
I disargee Brook doesn't hit that hard IMO which world class fighter has he KO'd or TKO'd?

Berto Ortiz beats any version of Brook I have seen thus far. Berto is Brooks level.

The Maidana that fought Broner & Mayweather puts it on Brook and wears him down.

Ghost has a great chin I don't think Brook could hurt him, if it goes to a tear up I favour the Ghost.

Prime Judah is a better fighter than Brook IMO.

Brook beats the vast majority of them, yeah.

Canelo, Cotto and Oscar would be the difficult fights.

Brook would stop Maidana, Berto, Ortiz. He'd put a beating on Guerrero. I'd see him taking decisions against the older versions of Mosley and Pacquiao.

Brook is far better than many would like you to believe.

Some of you are crazy thinking Berto or Ortiz would stand a chance against Brook.

I can see what Froch's saying, I wouldn't count Brook out against anybody on Floyd's resume under the same conditions that Floyd fought them either although I'm far from confident he'd beat them all. Canelo, Mosley, DLH and Cotto would all have been difficult. Pacquiao in 2015 was too far past his prime and is also smaller than Brook.

Even now, I'd be up for watching Brook-Cotto though and that fight's probably got more favourable to Brook than it would have been in 2012.
