I disargee Brook doesn't hit that hard IMO which world class fighter has he KO'd or TKO'd?

Berto Ortiz beats any version of Brook I have seen thus far. Berto is Brooks level.

A shot Luis Collazo knocked out Ortiz, Brook would destroy him easily. Brook is pretty good technically, I see him outboxing Berto who isnt always active enough in his fights.
