It took me awhile to give Wilder his due but he is a good fighter. I don't think anyone should say he got exposed if he lost to Povetkin. Povetkin is a top 5 A level fighter. Wilder is doing the exact same thing the Klitschkos did. 30 some fights before they step up. Stiverne & Duhaupas took beatings over 12 rounds while Scott & Szpilka got KTFO. I don't think he gets enough credit. Povetkin is his first A level opponent. Let's see how he does. I think it's a 50/50 fight. Povetkin has the experience & skill but he does not have the eraser Wilder has. A loss for either guy doesn't end their careers. A year ago I was 95/5 Povetkin would take Wilder out but now I'm 50/50. He has improved a lot. Wilder has 4 wins over B level opponents in Scott, Stiverne, Duhaupas & Szpilka. Lots of people hack on Duhaupas but how can you not respect a guy who in 6 months fought Charr, Teper & Wilder. He has Helenius lined up next month. People shouldn't down play that win. Molina is C level but now he gets Adamek next. Wilder is doing fine & deserves more respect. That is coming from a guy who thought he was a hype job a couple years ago.Comment

Regarding wilder, sorry to say it bud, but he's going night night, wouldn't surprise me if it was in a Perez type fashion in 1 round either.Comment

If I were Povetkin i would try to win every round looking to the Runweather decision. If the knockout comes take it. Wilder is tall and fights tall so being a smaller fighter just looking for a knockout will only result in losing round after round making the punchers mistake.Comment
