Easier said than done....especially against the hardest punching heavyweight on the planet.

For those expecting bomb squad, this is an important fight.
Deyonte will try to keep distance, be careful and jab.

The thing is Povetkin can actually close distance pretty well, he got inside on Wlad a bunch. He didn't do anything once he got there but he did actually get there. Unlike Wlad Wilder does actually fight in the inside, which puts him at risk.

He should try to keep his distance though because you can't hit what you can't reach so a battle of distance is what Wilder best chance is. His best two punches are long range two both the jab and the straight and unlike Wlad again Wilder loves to let that straight go which does bring some risk into play.

        It should be interesting.

          Well thats just a myth....
I still doubt that hes realy the hardest puncher....
Szpilka has no iron-chin and he took Wilders power well until he faded and got careless. And all these other KOs against bums are not impressive to me.

Wilder is the hardest punching heaweight on the planet....its quite obvious. Povetkin knows this as well, and unlike his fans, isn't underestimating Wilder....he's the guy who has to get in the ring and risk his life.

The fight between these two can be over in one punch at any point in the fight. I expect both to be VERY cautious early on
