Well is he the real deal? Most likely, but he still needs time to develop in order to be ready for the guys you mentioned probably.

No, he's not rated high yet.

If we ask that question, then we have to revise the entire boxing history and ask that question for thousands of title fights.

Given level of opposition, wildly overrated. The potential is certainly there and he hasn't looked bad. He just hasn't earned the hype because he hasn't beaten anyone decent yet. Same could be said about most heavies but it's worse with Joshua.

When people say he's the best in the world or one of the best then yes, he is overrated. When people say he's top 10 I would agree. He is exciting in much the same way as Wilder is and that's why fans overrate them. They are good at ko'ing cans, have a good physique and they get carried away thinking that translates to world level when it doesn't

Yes I'd say so. Absolutely he is overrated as of right now.

I don't think much of Joshua personally I think he is stuck in the mud, no footwork at all. A big, rather basic, bolt upright heavyweight with decent power. I'm not saying he can't come good but he is very raw right now.

Then again with that said you don't need an awful lot to succeed at Heavyweight these days.

I don't think he's even ready for Martin.

I was impressed with AJ to begin with, but then it dawned on me during the Whyte fight that he's not as good as I initially believed. He looked as stiff as a board and seemed really tired. Haye beats him easily imo.
