I walk around at 165 pounds I think Canelo might be 10 pounds heavier than me when he walks into the ring. If he’s going to be that heavy, I can’t stand there and trade with him because he’ll hurt me. I have to box with him with skills and speed".

Amir Khan isn't concerned about a rehydration clause against middleweight champ Canelo Alvarez despite fighting in his first fight over welterweight

So which is it Khan, were you forced or did you want to face the best Canelo? You always seem to be caught in some type of a lie, why is this?

Does it really doe? Its just some weird pissing contest debate now & has nothing to do with nothing really. Both guys have agreed to 155. Its happening at 155. Its a done deal.

Which never made no sense to me

Khan finally realizing how big Canelo is size wise. I think Canelo will have 15 - 20 pounds advantage on Khan come fight night

I am still rooting for the kid...i just hope he doesnt get hurt
Exactly. I think that he first imagined that he'd put on some muscle to make up for the weight and still be able to maintain the speed but as the weeks have gone by, he and Hunter have probably noticed a severe decrease in speed/agility. Like you said, it's now starting to dawn on them that Nelo WILL have a 15-20 pound weight advantage on Khan as well as having his full speed and power. It's now time to implement the preliminary stages of damage control.

He's talking about a rehydration clause. In the video Khan is talking about what weight the fight would be at. The contracted weight a rehydration clause are two different issues

Khan should come in weighing between 149 to 150lb so that he won't lose his speed advantage. He wants to be the more agile, quicker and mobile of the two, in order for him to utilize his legs and defensive ability.

He should win this fight easily so long as he lasts the distance and doesn't get hit or touched up too often by the larger Alvarez; Who is by far the naturally stronger and more powerful of the two fighters.

I wouldn't believe a word that comes out of Khan's mouth or Canelo's team really.

I didn't initially watch the video but I did a few seconds ago and, lol.....Khan looks a "lil bit worried". I know this kind of thing is almost always said before a fight, "he shook!!"......BUT, it is pretty undeniable from this video.

At this point all he can do is try to remain fast and not take too much damage. What did he expect though, Candela looks like a football linebacker with his build.

Khan is full of ****. He still harbors delusions that Mayweather will actually fight him and he thought if he had the MW strap he could entice him out of retirement.
