    Do you honestly think those are just basic punches and kicks they use in MMA? They use certain types of punches and kicks, the kinds that doesn't leave you open to certain attacks and they have to be trained to do that, just as they have to be trained to have a ground game to be able to defend themselves against grapplers. That means that, yes, they have to use techniques from different styles, including the ones you just mentioned. You make it seem like nobody uses those styles in MMA. Ronda Rousey uses Judo, remember? Then that's the Brazilian Jiujitsu, in which we know how often that's used in MMA.

    So don't think it's that simple. These aren't just ordinary punches and kicks you see here. These are chosen punches and kicks for a reason.

      Oh please. Even a basic Mawashi geri they're technique is completely wrong.
