People should stop making excuses for Connor. He's a skilled guy but he just lost to a gatekeeper on 11 days prep. Idc what the weight was, that's pretty ****ty. Now people talking crap about the UFC? Stop it. They've had one the best 12 months in the sports world. Really there is no sport out there generating the buzz they have. The only issue is they only have one true dominant superstar. John Bones Jones...too bad he was gone. But he's back. Connor was crowned top early. He may come back soon and make some noise but he's very beatable.

I don't care what anyone says...Vargas Ali fight was 10 times better than what ufcc had to offer tonight. Of course McGregor was going to get smashed catching shots with his face while his hands are down at his waist. For the Holm fight, nothing excited happened until the choke hold. Meshia Tate was throwing 5 punches around landing zero.

If you have to keep saying it, it's probably not true. When Floyd and Manny fought the MMA sites were FLOODED with coverage and they still talk about the top boxing news on the MMA sites so this idea you're trying to embed is fabricated. That stream flows both ways.

For a while I've felt that Nurma (if he's healthy) is a long-time LW champ in the making. However, I've accepted that RDA's surge is no fluke and he may be able to hang in the rematch. I just have to wonder if Kabib is still going to have "it" after the injuries.

Sad really he could have been imo one of if the best LW's in history with his wrestling alone. Conor is much more exciting but Khabib is no joke. This is true I don't understand the weight excuses. Diaz fights at 155 anyway. Connor has to fight him again and best him to get any of that aura back. Just the way he walked Diaz down and fought so arrogant is what baffled me. I thought he was going to move and give angles, and throw kicks to the body. He showed a real lack of versatility there along with some average stamina.
