He came in 168 with no weight cut and was eating 2 breakfast meals and steak everyday. Hes Like 5'8 5'9 with a skinny frame ,how in the world anyone thought he walks around 180 is beyond me.

I can not imagine any scenario where a guy who has seen better days gets 11 days notice to fight the #1 P4P fighter in the world, and wins in boxing.

Mcgregor didn't fight a 170lb fighter, he fought a 155lb at 170 because the 155lb had only 10 days notice so couldn't make weight. Stop exaggerating the size difference.

No it wouldn't because Mayweather doesn't dehydrate 20lbs like Mcgregor to make weight.
