Then he should vacate and give other middleweights an opportunity to fight for the belt they deserve. He can continue fighting at caneloweight and bullying smaller fighters or grow some balls and fight at 160.

Fact it canelo is a middlweight scared to fight at middleweight lol.

Golovkin would take the short end of a deal too. And I doubt GGG is trying to say he's a superstar for not wanting to fight at a CW

Totally agree with DLH. GGG needs Canelo on his resume, not the other way round. He's the one with the more impressive resume. If GGG lets this opportunity slip away from him he has no one except himself to blame and he's the one that has to explain himself in the future. Canelo is just doing what any other A side boxer would do. The fact that GGG's camp have refused to even entertain the notion of sitting down and negotiating with Canelo speaks volumes of their ambitions for their fighter. Milk him dry first. It's all about the money nowadays, if this was the 70s this fight would have happened already.

Of course that's what he's trying to say. Khan took the L on all demands. Nothing else to say.

Negotiations are difficult because your coward fighter has a MW title and he is afraid to fight the real MW champion at MW even though it's a mandatory WBC defense which is held at the MW limit.

Go snort a line of white you toolbag.

Why didn't Floyd just vacate? Because as long as GGG keeps agreeing to step asides and granting voluntary fights he doesn't have to. Again the belt means nothing ggg wants to fight canelo. Fact GGG said he would fight Floyd and Manny at 154 but can't fight canelo at 155? And canelo is trying to bully smaller fighters yet GGG tried to fight guys smaller who started their careers at featherweight rather then move up and fight ward.
