when you feel you are a middleweight then you can fight GGG. But other than that I think GGG should give him a fight at 157 or 158.

GGG has tried to reason with him but what can u do?

Patience. It's all posturing negotiations. Go up to 160, take a larger split. Or maybe even weaken him by 2-3 pounds.


I'm more and more confident this fight will happen. We all thought Canelo would duck Trout and Lara and those fights happened on time.

GGG has no choice to bend over to conelo if conelo loses the belt he goes and get it from saunders and becomes a 2 time champion at 160 and still building a better resume then GGG in the process XD 155 or no fight ggg ..he'll be a unified champion with no names and no big payday !

Interesting the WBC says they dont recognize 155 canelo weight.

@ChrisOkoniewski we do not recognise that weight division. Middleweight is officially 154< and ≥160.

155 is within the range of MW.

@antoniabuffy under our rules, Canelo can weight 155 and GGG 160, we have no problem as long as it is within the MW range. All the best!
