Of course Canelo can come in at 155 and GGG at 160. That's like pointing out that the world is round, or water is wet. Pacquiao would come in at 142-144 for his WW fights and his Marg fight at 150. The point is to set a catchweight and bring that fighter down to that weight.

There is no penalty to weigh in lower than the scheduled weight, there never has and never will. That's more like a "Well yeah, you go ahead do that, but i'll stay here". GGG needs to bend over and take it. He wants the money, he wants the top fights, he doesn't want Lara cause he brings nothing, he doesn't want Ward cause he's not worth it, he wants Canelo cause it's a big fight? Then accept the damn terms, you want to be picky with your opponents, you're getting an offer to fight a big name, for big money and big belts, accept his terms and win and then you set your terms in future fights and fighters will have to accept those terms.

I know that. I'm saying if the split starts at 80/20, he can make it 90/10 to go up 3-5 pounds or vice versa.

All I'm saying is all this **** can be ironed out and negotiated and there is no reason to believe it won't happen in September yet.

couldnt golovkin just agree to 155, then come in at 160 anyway.. i mean unless theres a huge penalty he might as well do that

canelo is just contradicting himself by saying "155 only...but itll get made" lol. Makes no sense

So drop the title and fight Andrade, one of the Charlos, Smith or Williams at 154. He has no business with the MW title if he feels he is not a middleweight and if he won't fight at the MW limit.

Abraham at 168 is there for the taking, it won't be easy but I think GGG beats him at this point, and he wins a title at 168, and earns a lot of money in that fight. When you want to fight in a big money fight, when you want a hand out from the bigger star, just accept his terms, Canelo doesn't need GGG right now. Floyd accepted all of DLH's demands and look at what the trade-in was for.
That's if Abraham gets through Ramirez, which isn't a given.

Canelo can weigh whatever he wants over 154 and under 160. Then on fight day, he can weigh 171 or so like Golovkin.

On the hand, if Canelo wants Golovkin to be 155 at the weigh-in, and GGG says no, then Canelo can give up the belt. "Here is my belt. I can't have a chance to beat you unless I can drain your body down to 155."

Then, after Canelo has given the belt to Golovkin, the two fighters can then negotiate a fight at some other weight. Maybe they can fight at 158. I really don't know.

I continue to believe Canelo cannot and will not face Golovkin unless it's a catchweight fight, and that he will have relinquish the MW belt.

**** him. If he wants to stay at 155, there's ufc and bellator that's right down the street

Canelo the clown? He can get pointers from Krusty.

Khan isn't a 154 guy, let alone 160 but nelo thinks its OK to to fight khsan.
I think this goes deeper. I think GGG battered nelo in sparring.

He's not a middleweight and he's not a Jmw either. So wtf are you? The guy is delusional and the biggest b1tch in the sport.
