Mayweathers only legacy is "He was a really talented fighter." Pacquiao actually has the legacy of being part of the fab4 of the Marquez Barrera Morales era. Then he has the legacy of his beast mode charge up through the weight classes.

Hatton Oscar Cotto Margarito. What he did was pretty insane.

He has had one hell of a career.

Floyd, he made lots of money. His career is kinda like Roy Jones though, except without that period where he dominated future ATG's in their prime.

Id say Floyd legacy is Roy Jones lite.

Let's wait for the 30 for 30. Folks talk now but 20 years down the line these questions will still remain:

"Wait, you say you need a 21 day cut off?"
"What the hell do you mean you're scared of needles?"
"How exactly do you think you won that fight?"
"Your shoulder? Well you didn't mention it post fight."
"You feel that gays are worse than what?"
      "Whose son is that?"

floyd has the technical legacy in terms of his style and technique being studied but pacquiao has the more memorable IN RING legacy fights vs bona fide hall of fame opposition that produced legendary fights.

        floyd doesnt have that.

Obviously Floyd is the greater fighter. I also preferred his fights. Too many wrinkles to his game.

Manny pacquiao had more memorable fights even his losses just added more testament to him being a fighter.

His run from flyweight to welterweight was legendary people never get tired watching his highlight reel.

While people are more interested on watching mayweathers car collection and his money ***elry collection than his actual fights.

              No he's not.

Even in Spain, they saw Pac winning. How can he be better?

Mayweather may share the undefeated champ record with Marciano, but Pacquiao stands alone as the sport's only eight-division champ, so I'd go with Pac having the better legacy.

You talking about great fighters over the hill. Please tell me what great fighters Floyd fought in their prime please??
Stop redirecting the argument to Floyd. Every time a fighter is criticized other than Floyd you guys come back with "oh what about Floyd?" as if hes the only fighter in history whos career was managed carefully at one particular time. You guys have no argument so you make Floyd the scapegoat.

Pacquaio at his peak destroying Cotto, Margarito is why people watch boxing

Floyd's rule-riding style and backstage plot stuff why people turn away from boxing and it's seen by the youth as something boring geezers watch when bowling isn't on

That's true BUT can you explain Juan's freakish POWER? Of course you can't. You only wanna bash Manny for being KO'ed. Juan is a cheater. That's the only you beat Manny nowadays. You have to cheat. The last fighter to actually outpoint him was Morales. That was 2005. Act like you aren't impressed all you want, man. I call it like I see it. Floyd cheated too. Look at how BIG he was. He out-weighted Manny by at least 10-12lbs and still fought like a punk. Smh. Make sure you tune in April 9th, because Manny is looking like he always does. He gonna KO Bradley this time.
Lol Marquez clearly beat Pacquaio in the 3rd fight tbh I thought he won the previous 2 fights as well. Roids would increase Marquez power, he was clearly losing the 4th fight but caught Pacquaio coming in with a beautiful counter. Pacquaio walked square onto that shot which why he got knocked out. Your a salty Manny fanboy who knows very little about actual boxing it seems...
