Only an ignorant fanboy would pick Floyd over Manny. Manny clearly outpointed Floyd on May 2nd. Those of you saying Floyd is a better boxer, is ******. Manny has fought the better competition and that's why he was able to do what he did to Floyd. Manny wouldn't have struggled against Castillo, Maidana, or Cotto the way Floyd did, either. He has better legs, he's faster, he's stronger, and he's more exciting. PERIOD. He'll fight anyone, at any time, in any country. Can you say the same about Floyd? I'm not dis*****g that he's probably the better boxer, but who left the better fights that we'll enjoy watching in the future. Also, the "victory" over Pacquiao wasn't really a major achievement all things considered - it was a very mediocre performance and a paper win. It wasn't a Holyfield beating Tyson event. It was a run of the mill win on a points decision, the same routine from Mayweather, score a point here...steal a point there...pay attention judges...the bells sounds for the end of round 12 and the audience thank God it's over.

Floyd Mayweather has the better legacy and is the superior boxer.
Manny had more entertaining fights.

You can present an argument for Pacquiao not struggling against the likes of Castillo and Maidana. It is fact that Mayweather wouldn't get knocked the fuck out by Marquez.

Manny, hands down. His fights against Barrera, Morales, Marquez, Hatton, and Cotto were all awesome. But man, I do love rewatching Floyd's fights against Corrales and Gatti. He was like a video game character with a cheat code during those fights.

No he didn't. He was carefully managed just like many other famous fighters. Marquez 3 was supposed to be an easy fight. Morales was supposed to be an easy fight. Those guys are great fighters but were over the hill by the time Manny faced them and they still gave him hell. Algieri and Rios were clear cherry picks and so is Bradley 3.

People fell for the illusion that is Manny Pacquiao and were disappointed by what they saw on May 2nd 2015. Manny is a great fighter but not as great as his fans make him sound.

After his comments last week on gays Ive heard several people in the media call Manny "The guy who lost to Floyd Mayweather." You cant be greater than Floyd if casuals remember you for losing to him.

Which one left the better legacy in terms of quality fights and sheer entertainment? For me, I can rewatch most of Pacquiao's fights and be as entertained as when I first watched them. He was exhilarating to watch. Mayweather? meh...

I agree. Pacquiao's fights are on average more entertaining than Mayweather's fights to me anyway.

Manny imo. He started off as such a small guy and did something that's probably won't be replicated again. Plus he's more likable so I think people will be bias more towards him.
