The answer is obvious btw. The guy still wanted Chavez Jr after he lost to Fonfora too. I mean he's good (I think, i'm not even sure anymore), but he's allergic to proving it against other good fighters. I have always said GGG is very good, the best at MW, but I don't know anymore if he's actually one of the best fighters in the sport. I thought by this point he'd do something big to prove he's elite in boxing and not only at 160, where the fighters there are just not that good.
