Anybody here think it'd be smart for GGG to come out right now and declare he'll agree to 155?..
155 = 164

Are you new to reading, my ******ed friend? I was very clear, what's new is champs demanding CWs vs divisional contenders. That's the worst kind of CW, since it automatically invalidates your belt. Canelo took it to an extreme with the most pitiful CW demand everThere is no degrees to this................... a catchweight is a catchweight.
People are STILL hating on Ward to this day for fighting Dawson at a CW even though Dawson was the one who SUGGESTED it.
This isn't a recent trend. Some of you guys are exposing yourselves right now.
CW for titles are recent? Are you serious? Really, do some of y'all know ANYTHING about the history of this sport?Comment

I hate conversing with idiots, they're just so ******.
Let me quote myself:
Huh Duh.............. Canelo is doing the same thing. It's not new. What's new is you "boxing" fans who started watching highlights of the sport 2 years ago.Comment

How many fighters who were champs at the time, had to defend their own belts at a CW, against the lineal title holder, whilst also being a mandatory?
A CW isn't a CW.
It depends on the circumstances.Comment

Having a CW as a voluntary, is completely different to defending titles and fighting the lineal title holder at a CW.Comment

I couldn't have put it better myself.There's degrees of bad. CW for no title, who cares. Did anyone cry about Ward vs Smith at 172? Cws for titles are worse, but not as bad as champs asking for CWs to defend their belts. That's a recent disgraceful trend. What makes it even worse with Canelo is he's lineal, he's asking for a CW vs mando, lowest possible CW (both unprecedented) while weighing more than the challenger fight night lol
How can anyone argue against this?
It's a joke.Comment
