If he chooses not to fight GGG he's ducking.

As I said, literally anything and everything can happen. Disagreements between K2 and Golden Boy, contract issues..(weight, rehydration clause, rematch clause, promotional, venues,) and MONEY especially. Just because they don't announce these things doesn't mean it's not going on. People like to pretend like GGG isn't making demands on his side either but I'm sure he is.

Canelo can say he wants 155 and GGG can want 160 all they want. But realistically, as their fight gets closer that's when we'll get a better idea on who's getting more leverage.

Mayweather waited 5 years, fighting guys like Robert Guerrero, until he finally made it happen with a faded Pac. Yet, he's considered the greatest of this generation. Canelo can wait as long as he wants, lol. I hope it happens in 2017. This fight doesn't need to happen right now IMO. Let it get bigger.

Btw, my pick RiGHT NOW would be GGG.

Canelo is a megastar, Triple Flop is a village star.
Why would GGG want the fight at 155? Canelo is the 160 champ, wtf is the point of 155?. Canelo cant even fight at his own weight class hes the champion of. What type of dumb **** is that.

If GGG ducks September, I do lose respect for him, yes. Canelo already said he wants that fight under his terms. Let's see if G accepts, or ducks. My guess is the latter.

It is dumb to twist it around like that. It is Canelo's decision to fight Golovkin or drop the belt. Those should be his only options. My fear is the damn WBC bending over for Canelo and allowing him to avoid Golovkin by making him a super champion or something like that.
