NSAC Doctor who examined/diagnosed Floyd said he is fit and fine, not dehydrated an hour earlier

No one among Floyd's Team is a doctor who is authorized and can certify floyd was dehydrated that time.

There were no doctors among USADA staff that can diagnose and is authorize and certify floyd was dehydrated that time.

USADA no once mentioned or said Floyd was dehydrated on their more than 2,000 pages documents as a reply to hausers inquiry.

NSAC never once mentioned floyd was dehydrated, they only said what they did was "unacceptable" and "floyd did nothing wrong"

The only people who said floyd was dehydrated was Flloyd and Ellerbe and his genius fans.
