There were no doctors among USADA staff that can diagnose and is authorize and certify floyd was dehydrated that time.

USADA no once mentioned or said Floyd was dehydrated on their more than 2,000 pages documents as a reply to hausers inquiry.

NSAC never once mentioned floyd was dehydrated, they only said what they did was "unacceptable" and "floyd did nothing wrong"

That isn't proof, just your mixed up version of events. Mayweather filled out a form "an hour earlier than what, exactly? You saw this form?

Mayweather had a paramedic on site and was under USADA observation when it was deemed the IV was necessary. You're not a doctor and you weren't there so have no proof of anything. If you have an official document stating that Floyd Mayweather was examined on site and told the IV wasn't necessary, from someone who was there, you have a case. Picking little pieces of statements and conjuring up your own picture is laughable.

Back to this medical form. Didn't Manny Pacquiao sign a medical form that EVERYONE'S seen stating he was fit and had no arm or shoulder injuries? Why did he try to get Toradol? Why aren't you on that case too? We keep hearing he had surgery, but his form stated he never needed it. Wait.... if he injured himself during the fight, why try to get body numbing medication before it even happened when he himself said he was fully fit?
