Looking forward to Canelo's resume defeating GGG's resume in the fall...Golovkin has yet to fight an elite fighter , so there is nothing to be jealous of , and I'm my own hero by the way. Billy Joe & Peter Quillen ducked GGG that's it , meanwhile CANELO ,WARD ,LARA ,DEGEALE ,JACOBS & RAMIREZ all want GGG from 154-168 pounds , like he said he fights at but Golovkin finds excuses to not make the big fights. CANELO BY KO 155-160.Comment

You sound like a hater. I go home every night and check the forums and here you are in every thread and even in the thread not talking about ggg you keep repeating the same stuff over and over. You seem so blinded by hate you don't even know your hating.
Personally I don't care what weight they fight at but how does fighting at the mw limit gives ggg an advantage? That's what they're suppose to be fighting at. And yes they do care about the belt. They put out numerous statement making it that they are more interested in the belt and unifying the mw division then a fight with canelo. This isn't ggg pulling up a ww to 160 for a size advantage either. Nelo walks around bigger than ggg.
it's about understanding how the fight game works.
Saying, " but Nelo walks around bigger than ggg " is a little ignorant really.
It indicates that Canelo COULD move to middleweight, not that he is one.
Canelo undertakes training camps that are specifically designed to prepare him for 155..... whereas Golovkin undertakes training camps that are specifically designed to prepare him for 160.
Golovkin IS a middleweight, he fights middleweights..... Canelo has never fought AT middleweight, and he has never fought a middleweight opponent.
Golovkin will obviously have an advantage unless Canelo were to undertake 2, maybe 3 FULL camps that are specifically designed to prepare him for 160.
Pretty simple really.Comment

Nobody at 154, 160 Lasts Twelve With Golovkin.....
Abel Sanchez, trainer for IBF/IBO/WBA middleweight champion Gennady “GGG” Golovkin (34-0, 31 KOs), was not surprised with his boxer's one-sided domination of former IBF middleweight champion David Lemieux (34-3, 31KOs) on Saturday night at New York's Madison Square Garden. Golovkin controlled the fight from the first round, with a sharp, hard jab. That jab kept Lemieux from doing much of anything. Golovkin used that punch as a tool to set up his power shots and finally got the TKO win in the eight round.
You may apologize in the usual fashion.Comment

Your trying to say he means anybody fighting between 154 and 160. But what he said was 154 and 160. Meaning any lightmiddleweight and any middleweight can't last with GGG.Nobody at 154, 160 Lasts Twelve With Golovkin.....

Sorry, but Canelo is a middleweight. How do we know this?…because he can’t make JMW - if he could he’d be fighting at 154. So, Canelo is a MW. The best weight-cutting MW in boxing. And he uses that to gain the maximum size advantage over smaller guys (Cotto, Kahn), or in GGG’s case, to drain an opponent as much as possible and still outweigh him in the ring. He gets away with it because he’s a cash cow. And while it’s completely fine if opponents are willing to do it for the payday, it’s pretty pathetic to parade around as a MW champ and require other guys in the division to drop 5 lbs more than they’re used to if they want a MW title fight. Doesn’t matter if he’s never weighed in anywhere near 160 or fought a guy who did. I’m sure if GGG couldn’t make 160 anymore and took a title at SMW, you’d have no problem with him making 168lbers come down to 161….it's about understanding how the fight game works.

Ur right not everyone has GGG boxing skills with power...ur right 3G is special. .there's nothing special about Canelo boxing skills..his only advantage is his size vs small stationary targets..ones he moves up and fights guys his size he no longer will have that size advantage..example Chávez jr...not all MW will beat him..but most can ..Jacobs, Quillin, Monroe jr, Lemiuex, Lee, Saunders, Eubank jr, Korobov..just to name a few...he won't have a size advantage vs those guys...Canelo can always win on da cards doe...like i said Canelo resume won't help him vs GGGYet you think EVERYONE has the skills of GGG and cut off the ring like that! I can name only a few who could do that and NONE of these MW's...You MUST be right and ALL the EXPERTS who are PAID are wrong. GTFOH clown! GGG is special. These OTHER MW"S are NOT! hence ex-139 lbers run sht outside of GGG...Comment

So the WBC and lineal MW champion doesn't have to fight at the MW limit, because he's not a MW.it's about understanding how the fight game works.

But he's still the WBC and lineal MW champion.
Am I the only one who thinks that's insane?Comment

It'll all be cleared up shortly, as the WBC is currently in the process of renaming the division MUDDLEWEIGHT -- weight limit of 155 for a Canelo fight, 160 for everyone else.Comment
