Do I believe he was dehydtated? Yes
Do I believe he was severely dehydrated? That would depend on what your definition of severely dehydrated is. If you mean that he would have to be rushed to the hospital without the IV, then I would say no, but I'd have to admit that I can't be certain.

USADA says it has to be an acute or chronic condition. I'm not sure of their definition of acute or chronic, so I'm left with no choice but to believe he has to fit into one of these categories because:
1. He was chugging water like a madman, as would be expected of someone who is dehydrated (thanks for showing the video evidence).
2. A physician gave him an IV.
3. USADA approved of the IV and granted the TUE.

It's very simple. They have the medical records and they acted. No one is questioning it at this point. Pacquaio's side doesn't even mention it anymore.

They think they have something on him by questioning the severity of his dehydration, which is fine. They have no proof that he wasn't dehydrated enough to warrant an IV, but I have no problem with them questioning it.

However, when you call them on the leap in logic that they have to make to go from the dehydration aspect to the masking PED's aspect, they don't have any answer at all. They just hate him and hate that he won the fight, so they will make up silly claims that they surely can't even believe.
