•
Not it's not. This is where you the Floyd haters follow out of context information.

USADA was the official body to oversee drug testing for the Mayweather and Pacquiao bout. This was told to the public prior to the May vs Pac bout, and particularly important because that's what Top Rank FINALLY agreed to.

NOW, the NSAC has its general rules and it's rules as commission to do DRUG TESTING, but because they were NOT OVERSEEING DRUG TESTING, why would the NSAC even challenge an organization about their protocols when they themselves are acknowledging that USADA is more accredited? This is why the NSAC had no interest in these ****** story by Hauser. lol

It kind of sucks when you can't find banned substances innit!

What is Hauser even doing nowadays?[/QUOTE

PRECISELY and since NSAC has nothing to do with drug testing, genius floyd fans saying " IV infusion is allowed by NSAC " does not matter.

That isn't an argument you can't win because its not true. It most certainly is cheating which is why the UFC has come down hard on the practice and the NSAC despite covering for Froid still hasn't added it to the approved list and never will.

      Actioins speak lowder than words.

Has the NSAC added IV re-hydration to the approved list? No.

Will they ever add it to the list? No.

Why not? Because it is cheating.
Floyd using an iv to rehydrate was in compliance with a medical condition....

      However....as far as manny....

His uncle introduced him to boxing at sixteen years old. Manny Pacquiao weighed only 98 pounds. He was under the weight minimum. But, he put steel in his pockets to reach the official weight of 106 pounds.

This is an example of someone cheating.

        Nice spin but nope.

So now the NSAC has zero credibilty?

Man can we list all of the agencies, refs, doctors, promoters, judges that are on the floyd payroll in one master thread?

Or we can expose just one person ,hauser ,for the disgruntled agenda driven liar he is.
if they were credible, then why Floyd and his genius fans rejected Pac's suggestion " let the commission do it's job?

Yes. He contridicted himself. Thats why i posted the statement, of clarifing the IV issue.

Bennet is correct, if it was banned, then USADA can not be the sole grantor of a tue for NSAC rules.....

But you can not issue a theraputic use exemption for something that is not exempt.

Did you not read anything i posted?

sounds like hauser to me don't you think?

"Nevada rules permit the mixes that Mayweather took, but because USADA was overseeing the testing he applied for and was granted the TUE for them.

All tests came back negative." May 22nd(Kevin Iole Yahoo Sports)

Hauser's article was on which day?

            Original claim? dorks.
you are so wrong Floyd did not applied for TUE at that time, he notified USADA that they are going for IV infusion.

the application for TUE was made 19 days later.
