I'm a huge fan of both. With Ward stating he'd like to fight at heavy some day I think this fight is not beyond him and believe he can win, I'd like to see him against the top contenders in the division before taking on the numero uno, and certainly before making any rash judgements, I do believe Ward would make GGG look a fool however, Kovalev is s different entity though IMO.

I think this fight happens this year, I'm sure HBO will be loath to share revenue regarding Aquacknis and Krusher, with Ward it is all in house. I'd say the fight is a certainty who else is there for each other ? Afterwards win or lose Ward I'm sure can make 168 for GGG, once their is nothing left for GGG at 160.

I pretty sure he not gonna fight him, you hear kovalev saying he hopes and basically being nice to ward to not scare him into hiding. Truth is their is no actual contract that states after Ward's 2 tuneups he will be facing Kovalev.

What we know of Ward is he is very talented but lacks in the balls departments, when his career was left to him he chose every easy fight possible, he even sued his promoter to get out of his contract cause Dan Goosen wanted him to face bute etc and ward didnt want to.
