I think he will fight Povetkin...If not, there will be extreme and well deserved backlash.

He shouldn't have to drop it. And not sure why haymon would end Martin so soon. Martin vs breazeale makes much more sense

I get that.. but after this fight? After he takes Martin's gift given belt? He'll have the IBF and all he has to do is drop the WBC to Povetkin..

lol. not sure if the source is reliable, but wouldn't exactly be surprising, would it?

Martin got a belt... Seems like a logical fight to make except for Povetkin being in the picture.

Not sure what the exact rules are, but sometimes unification takes precedence over mandatory.. And if that's the case, then it's a no brainer for wilder to unify and prolong the Povetkin fight alittle longer..

I would laugh if povetkin takes a step aside deal

Hopefully some don't change their stances and say that unification fights are important. (unless its only important to their favorite fighters)

Wilder may think he can beat Povetkin, but Haymon knows he can't.

                  That fight never happens.

And if he does this then we all need to tear him apart for this move especially if he drops the WBC and go after the IBF. Now if it is a Unification bout then NO problem but if he is dropping the WBC to not fight Povetkin then NO RESPECT!

You had 3 fights now the *** around Wilder, Step Up or STEP OFF!
