Where does the report of Haymon making $1000,000 from this this fight come from, btw?
Khan projected to make $8M minimum.

    Haymon gets 15%.

    $1.2M = 15% of $8M

These are generous estimates so there is still a missing $6M.
Well if you make the PPV the right price maybe that's a start lol...when's the last time a big fight was $30 hahahahahaaaaaa.

Then why did Haymon force Quillin to turn down a career payday and vacate his belt rather then fight korobov? A fight Quillin wanted and then went to purse bid and Roc Nation won the bid. That was not getting the most money for Quillin that cost him money and a belt. Get the F outta here with this highest bidder crap numerous examples of Haymon making his fighters turn down career payday simply because of his OWN personal beefs with promoters and networks. Another prime example is Beterbiev having to turn down a career payday and direct shot of all of Kovalev's belts.

Stop trying to pretend Haymon losing Khan to Golden Boy/HBO was planned or is in Haymon's best interest. According to Khan's father dating back last year his contract is different then other haymon fighters and haymon could not block fights they wanted. Khan's camp was going to fight with or without his say so he conceded and stepped aside and is collecting his manager commission. 1mil is NOTHING compared to the amount he would of made by putting Khan vs another haymon fighter on PBC/other Haymon platforms and it keeps millions more out of the pockets of Golden Boy and HBO his two biggest enemies right now.

You trying to hard to find a hidden meaning to all this when it's simple Golden Boy got the best of Haymon on this one. Nothing more nothing less.

Didn't Quillin make $1.5M against Jacobs?

            Korobov fight only paid $1.4M

But Khan has a different kind of contract than other Haymon fighters.

If he doesn't need Haymon's permission to fight whoever he likes, and Haymon didn't negotiate the fight, why should he pay him anything?

What a year and a half later! You such a fraud LMAO
He turned down 1.4mil to sit out of boxing FOR AN ENTIRE YEAR lose his championship belt and fans in the process and then his next fight got only 500k to fight Lee. Then waited 2 more fights until he got 1.5mil to fight Jacobs. When he could of fought Korobov for 1.4mil AND STILL GOT ALL THOSE OTHER FIGHTS. That was in Quillins best interest? HELL NO. That was in Haymon's who didn't want him or any of his fighters on a Roc Nation card simple as that.

And if he lost he loses out on 500k for Lee and $1.5M for Jacobs + whatever he got for Zerfara.

It seems like he made the best choice for his career.

Khan's dad was assisted in negotiations by Haymon. Didn't you clearly read that?

Although this may not be the best case scenario for Haymon he does benefit. Khan is, or has the potential to be, the biggest star on his stable by a wide margin -- and even he isn't drawing huge ratings for PBC. A PPV fight with the biggest star in boxing gives his potential superstar the highest level of exposure currently possible. If Khan even puts up a decent fight, which I believe he should, it'll elevate the interest in any of his upcoming matchups.
