If he thought Khan had an actual chance to win the supposed "tourney" then yes it's a sacrifice but I don't believe anybody thinks Khan is the best at 147.

So this is the best option all around. Thanks for paycheck GBP!

in reality, i would not know.

But people tend to love a dollar on the table more than a thousand in a year.

You do know that there's a clause in their contracts that prevent them from badmouthing Haymon to the press or in public.

U really think clients such as Kid Chocolate and Adonis Stevenson are happy with turning down career high paydays at the demand of Haymon? I think not. They can't even voice their displeasure about it.

U ever notice Sam Watson during the post fight in ring interview whispering into the haymon fighter's ear to thank Al Haymon?

              Career high paydays?

How much do Quillin and Stevenson make per fight with Haymon?

                  What's $1mil when you're down nearly $400mil?

Khan fighting on HBO vs another HBO star does not benefit Haymon or PBC in any way shape or form. All this does is boost HBO's ratings while PBC's ratings continue to be in the dirt aside from a very few cards that they've put on thus far.

Khan fighting on PBC vs one of the other WW's would have netted Haymon MUCH more than the 15% commission he's making while giving PBC a ratings boost.

This is a loss for him as Khan is one of the more marketable fighters in his stable.
