No because Khan is an exception to the rule. This has been noted many times over by multiple sources (including Dan Rafael). Khan's contract with Haymon is different from other PBC fighters. He was already a multi-millionaire and a star in the UK when he sought Haymon out, so he had some bargaining power.

He negotiated some independence into his contract that allows him some control over who he fights. That's why Khan and his dad were able to negotiate with Arum in an attempt to get the Pacquiao fight. Khan can fight non-PBC guys as long as Haymon gets his cut.

No one else under Haymon has that autonomy except Amir Khan

But it's well noted by Khan himself that Haymon is still is his advisor which would entitle Haymon to his 15% of Khan's earnings for the fight.

This would look rather clear to a judge.

        Just speculating....
Exactly I love how haymon fanboys operate. Acting like he's some mastermind and this is some grand plan or somehow in his best interest. No it's not and no he isn't. Haymon's best interest is Khan fighting on PBC or against his own fighters on his own platforms. 1mil or whatever commission fee is peanuts to getting double the commission with both haymon fighters facing off and he improves his PBC brand in the process. Instead his fighting Khan who told the world last year his contract with Haymon is different then most of his fighters and he does not need approval to negotiate or make fights outside of Haymon. This was confirmed by his father and by the Manny camp who said they were negotiating without Haymon. Haymon allowed it because he likely couldn't stop it so he just let it happen and will collect his commission.

But it's just idiotic to think sending one of your biggest names under your stable to go fight for the promoter you hate like poison who is also suing you for 300mil and trying to stop PBC was just "part of the plan". He makes 1mil and Golden Boy will make millions more then that from this fight. Let alone the fight is on HBO the same people PBC is trying to put out of business.

It'd seem rather genius by Haymon to have Wade fight GGG on HBO and Khan on HBO PPV while nobody from Top Rank or GBP can fight on PBC or Showtime.

          Pure genius.

No only an idiot would think this is by design when it has zero benefit for him. He's conceding something he could not stop. Khan's team said he couldn't stop it so you either try and get nothing or you take 1mil and allow it. That's not winning or genius at all. That's called business and cutting your loses.

No what I'm saying is that Haymon doesn't have any real power to block a Khan fight due to the idiosyncratic nature of his contract.

GBP would argue, "This is an outlier example, let's talk about the fighters that are actually under the Haymon banner, not merely 'affiliated'"

Hey if getting paid by your biggest rival (HBO) in the Wade-GGG fight and getting paid $1 Million by someone suing you (GBP) isn't genius, I don't know what is.

GB is suing Haymon for 300mil and claiming what PBC is doing is illegal and in violation of the Ali Act. Claiming that Haymon is both manager and promoter and the people he hires for promoters are not really promoters but paid a small flat fee so he can use their license while he handles all the promoter duties. Letting Khan who has already admitted he has a different contract then the rest of Haymon fighters go and fight elsewhere changes nothing in the lawsuit. Discovery and the courts will decide whether Haymon has broken laws with PBC.

Exactly and what they'll find is that Haymon just happens to be the best advisor in the game. A judge ruling against him is as realistic as a judge ruling against higher pay for fighters... the guys that risk their lives.

                    Highly unlikely. lol

1mil is NOTHING compared to the money he pockets if Khan fought one of his own guys on PBC or Showtime. So he lost money and in the process gave GB and HBO his biggest rivals and competitors far more millions then the 1mil he made and one of them is suing for hundreds of millions and trying to put PBC out of business the other is the reason he started PBC to try and put them out of business. Try to spin it however you want this is not part of haymon's plan or in his best interest.
