This is a great match-up!
****ens is young - just 24 - ambitious, and a good little scrapper who will go after Rigo and fight his heart out in front of his home town crowd.
****ens' only defeat is to Kid Galahad, who was a highly a touted prospect till he tested positive for steds and got himself banned for 2 years.
****ens was ahead in that fight till he ran out of steam and got stopped in the 10th. Was Galahad on the steds when he fought ****ens? ... maybe.
Rigo should win in what I think will be great fight to set up a showdown between him and the winner of Frampton/Quigg.
But at 35, away from home, against a young, fired-up opponent ... there's just enough uncertainty there to make this an interesting fight in it's own right, irrespective of what might come after.Last edited by kafkod; 02-03-2016, 01:46 PM.Comment

"I'll definitely have some of that" He's got some balls on him doesn't he
A 24 year old kid leading by example. That should be what every scrub of Rigondeaux's division wanting some of that but we all know that ain't the case. They rather be Rigondeaux's quiet submissive b*tches than step up like this kid.

Surprising good news. I haven't seen much of ****ens so will have to catch up on his better fights but he must have some stones, none of the contenders wanted it when Rigo had a belt, this guy still wants it even as a non-title. Good to see Rigo active and in the UK as well, guessing he wants to try increase his profile here and call out the Frampton-Quigg winner afterwards.Comment
