Guillermo Rigondeaux is 35 years old (based on his stated birthday from Cuba, which generally gets and extra look), fought 400 fights as an amateur, is 16 fights into a pro career, at a weight that's never been kind to older guys.

Sooner than later, Rigondeaux is gonna get clipped; whether ****ens is the guy to do it, I have no idea (have never seen the guy fight, let alone heard of the name prior to the announcement). Warren seems to think he has a good decent fanbase in Liverpool, they will make sure to sell Rigo as the monster at 122, and win/lose, ****ens likely elevates his star by simply being in the ring with the guy.

This came out of nowhere. ****ens is good, but HUGE step up.

my god rigo im a fan of you bc u are a "99%er " in the sport of boxing, but how in gods name do you turn down the wbc elim to fight this fight on an undercard? Roc Nation has yet to prove themselves as good for boxing..maybe jayz should stick to baseball and basketball or w/e...bc this is not wat us Rigo fans need...his style likely wont change in a mismatch and his age is only going up while his name sake is steadily declining..

99%er- by this i mean a guy who fights at his actual weight class and doesnt seem to rehydrate up to the next class..and it is not their choice to come in low..they just cant do it...nor does he ever get out of shape and balloon 15 lbs in his offseason

floyd for 90% of his career was a 99%er
                pac at 147 was/still is 99%er
                rigo is still a 99%er

i only know of 3 today..if u would like to add to the list thanks

i would say "at least he finally got a fight"
but i cant when the guy just turned down a wbc elim..
frampton and quigg still wont fight him..he's in the ggg position except he cant even get his mando's to fight him..and his team might be just as inept as GGG's
damn you jayz i dont see the direction here..make another album and leave boxing tf alone
