Now you know why Duran said Floyd fought at the right time with Boxing in decline. Today many who are Champs would never be Champs in the 80's and 90's. Think about it Floyd and Canelo won the 154 pound title or 152. Do you think these 2 would have ever had a chance with Julian Jackson when he held the 154 pound title ?

You don't know fights. GGG hasn't fought anyone with close to skill of none of those guys, but those guys have fought people with more skill and the same punching power as triple G. The thing with triple G, is that as soon his comp steps up, the power will start to dwindle and people will say he's past his prime, but that won't be the case.

Even right now, I think Canelo beats him. It is just that, him being the ony cash cow at golden boy, Oscar doesn't feel like taking the risk yet. People feel like Canelo is ducking him, need to learn business. Yes, we hate it, but at the end of the day it is the better business decision.

Jones was a much more a combination puncher and a mover who use movement and speed yeah he could **** for sure....but he couldn't put a dent in Hopkins and he couldn't stop toney....u have very selective memorie my friend....Jones middlweight is somewhat comparable to golovkins in the fact besides the Hopkins and toneys most of his defensive end were against mediocre competition....jorge vaca, glen Wolfe , Jorge Castro and quite a few unknown challengers ...Jones in fact got ridiculed in fact during his middlweight reign of not fighting the likes of Eubanks, Collins , Benn and so don't talk to me about golovkin lol......golovkin is willing to fight anybody at middlweight it's the other who don't even the balls to face him......Jones would get in defence mode with golovkin and toney would get stopped

Both would dominate him IMO...Toney would bust him up inside and Jones would befuddle him with movement, relexes, counters and power....he isnt just gonna walk through these guys shots like the great Daniel Geale and Martin Murray lol

Now one sentence says it's all ....you think canelo beats golovkin.....so with all this talk ...money on the table now.....what ever I have in my account against the same amount in yours.....golovkin will rip canelo apart inside 8 rounds .....we can also have real money and make it interesting.....don't worry your get ur wish in September when canelo is suppose to honour his agreement in fighting golovkin....but if canelo says no and then he loses its title I suppose it's because he was the cash cow and didn't think triple GGG deserved it lol......keep trolling son

Stop talking nonsense. Floyd is a throw back fighter. You can have all the power in the world, but if you are not hitting anything, it does you no good. Example, Tua vs Lewis. Tua is mighty powerful but hit zip! Did he win the fight?

These fighters y'all keep mentioning have dubious losses to low caliber fighters. Cans are easy to knock out, because they don't come to win, but to collect a paycheck. Sometimes you don't need to hit a can hard for him to go down. He just feel like he has his check already.

Do you really think Rubio came to win? Rubio was paid to make GGG look good. Monroe said after the fight they were pushing him to speak on triple GGG power, which tells me Triple G is being highly marketed. Been watching boxing since the mid 80s.

Jones fought Hopkins and Toney, he even fought McCallum, though Callum was a bit past it. GGG hasn't fought nowhere close to that. Who has stopped Toney, even when he fought at lightweight or Hopkins? So, it wasn't about Jones' power per se, but a testament to the caliber of fighters those guys were and their chins.

I'd take GGG over Toney. Prime Roy was something special, he wins most of my fantasy fights

being willing and actually fighting the best is two totally different things...i wish you GGG fan boys would stop giving him credit for fights that didnt happen...it doesnt work that way and never has in boxing...on to other matter....

neither guy has been stopped and both had great chins and defense. Toney competed at heavyweight and barely got buzzed

I dont think you ever watched Toney or Jones at 160 and 168....GGG cant carry there jockstrap

He hasnt fought opponents or shown any of the skills necessary to beat either guy

GGG is gonna stop toney but Heavyweight sam peter, Roy Jones, and Jirov who all hit hardetr than Lil G couldnt, yea right
